I am a fully licensed therapist with additional training in perinatal mental health, fertility, and EMDR. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families to resolve various issues, including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and parenting.
I provide an inclusive, safe space for you to explore. I will work to empower you with curiosity and support. I offer a nurturing, humorous, and direct approach. I am LGBTQIA affirmative.
As a single mother by choice of a child born premature, I have an insider’s understanding of navigating the NICU and advocating for a child. I can provide knowledgeable support during your fertility journey. I am passionate about supporting mothers, specifically mothers navigating the healthcare system. I can help you face difficult moments in parenting, recognize intergenerational traumas, and create a more conscious life.

Education
I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and have training in Maternal Mental Health and NICU Considerations. I am also trained in postpartum mood disorders. In addition, I have experience working with adolescents (and their families) in a high school setting.
Practice Philosophy
My approach toward therapy is integrated, inspired by Psychodynamic, IFS, CBT, Mindfulness, Humanistic, and Attachment Perspectives. I believe in the intersection of psychotherapy and social change. I can help you gain a deeper awareness of the factors resulting in unwanted patterns and feelings so you can take the necessary actions.
